Harvest Festival Our fourth annual Harvest Festival was a huge success! There were many games available in the gym, and throughout the church, for the children to play. By playing the games, they earned tickets to “buy” prizes at the prize table. An inflatable Fun House gave children the opportunity to jump and tumble. There were also rooms decorated with different themes, trick or treat doors, a box maze and a dark maze, a puppet show and face painting. Door prizes (Bibles specifically designed for their age) were given out to 10 children, and families enjoyed hot dogs, juice, popcorn and cookies. Over 300 people attended (28 families for the first time!) and 100 people helped to organize and staff this event. Thank you to all who attended and all who helped out! The Harvest Festival was an awesome event this year and it was great to see so many new faces! |
