In addition to all the ministry opportunities for involvement at Coon Rapids Free, there are times when we get together just for fun. The following is a list of some of these activities:

Softball
We have a number of softball teams, for both men and women. The men play in a city church league and the women play on an independent church league. Both seasons run from late April-early May through July. There is plenty of opportunity for fun and socializing whether you are a participant or spectator.

Bowling
We have two teams that bowl in competition with the other teams in the "Joint Heirs" League. This is a league of teams from other churches in the Blaine, Coon Rapids, and Anoka area. Bowling starts in September and ends in March with a banquet and awarding of prizes.

Golf
Each spring a Monday-evening golf league is formed. They meet and golf at the Rum River Hills Golf Glub. This is a great time of relationship building and fun.
